A further £2m was provided to support bolt-on acquisitions during 2016.
Gary Tipper, managing partner, Palatine Private Equity, said: “We found Tosca Debt Capital to be both innovative and flexible in their approach, which helped us execute the Verdant acquisition. Subsequently they have delivered additional funding to support our buy-and-build strategy and we value the local relationship and the professionalism which they have displayed.”
Gary Davison, partner at Toscafund, added: “We’re delighted to have been able to support Palatine in the acquisition of this established, profitable and well-run business. This is an excellent example of a high quality deal having been sourced, advised on and funded out of the North West region.”
